Crepes are made by pouring a thin liquid batter onto a hot frying pan or flat circular hot plate, often with a trace of butter on the pan's surface. But in this version, I use flattened loaf of bread instead of making the crepe. It's very quick and easy to prepare.

How to make Cheese Crepes using bread?

Ingredients:
  • cream cheese
  • honey
  • loaf of bread
Procedure:
  1. Flatten a loaf of bread.
  2. Cut the dark edges. (but you can skip this step)
  3. Get a pair of the flattened loaf of bread, spread the cream cheese in between.
  4. Microwave for 30 seconds. (but you can skip this step)
  5. Spread honey on top of it, and eat it right away! ;-)
  6. Share and happy eating!
